Docent’s fourth taproom brings the full Docent experience to Laguna Hills. It’s the same idea that started in San Juan Capistrano: award-winning beer brewed by us, a scratch kitchen that takes food as seriously as the beer, and a room built for staying a while. Pull up after work, bring the family on a Sunday, or make it the regular stop it’s meant to be. Docent Brewing Laguna Hills is located at 23301 Avenida De La Carlota, Suite C. Open daily at 11 AM. Kitchen closes at 8 PM.

• Double Nickels — Our 2024 World Beer Cup gold medal pale ale. Grapefruit, pine, honey, vanilla.
• Korean Reuben — The fan favorite from our other taprooms, served here too. Pastrami, Swiss, house kimchi, chile aioli on grilled sourdough.
• Fried Chicken Sandwich — Fresno chile slaw, hot honey, house dill pickle on a challah bun.
